Day four of #figuary. This time I paid attention to keeping this drawing simpler and leaving the polish off. I’m planning to come back to this one and take it to the next level of a finished drawing with polish. I haven’t cleaned this drawing up, so when I bumped the contrast up, it means you can see some of the drawing construction.
I chose this particular figure because I found the shadows on her form interesting, even if the pose is a bit strange. Perhaps she is dancing. Looking at the previous #figuary drawing, I saw the possibility of bringing these two together in one painting. But, that is for another day.
